As a guest at Saga, you enjoy full access to everything our sister hotel, Sol Beach , has to offer, located just 20 meters away. Experience our beachfront gym, calisthenics areas, yoga sessions, ice baths, and breathwork. You can also make use of the volleyball court, beach tennis, and slackline. For water activities, SUP rentals are available, perfect for an active day by the sea.

  • A spacious beachfront yoga shala on the second floor, where daily yoga sessions are held in the mornings and evenings.

  • Cool down with a refreshing and rejuvanation bath in combination with our teacher guiding you through basic breathwork and relaxation teqniques. Health benefits: Decrease inflammation, reduce pain,support active recovery, reduce muscle soreness and prevent injuries and improve mood.
